HyperNerd FAQ:Q: Did HyperNerd get itself bought? A: Nope, just the opposite. We're acquiring the services division of Fyxit (a Incera Solutions company).
Q: When is this happening? A: January 1st, 2011
Q: Will this effect the services I receive in anyway whatsoever? A: Nope. We're the same nerdy crew, just with a few more clients and maybe a few more nerds.
Q: Is there a new phone number I should call? A: No, the HyperNerd phone numbers will remain the same.
Q: What about email addresses, will they change? A: No, These too will remain the same.
Q: What are HyperNerd’s hours? A: Regular business hours are from 8am - 6pm. However, we are available for after hours service. Our automated answering service immediately forwards all messages to the on call technician, 24/7/365.
Q: Where do I send payments? A: HyperNerd will continue to use the same billing address as you have been using. You can submit payments online at or via mail to: HyperNerd Inc.
